Birth years for the 2022-2023 season:
10U: 2013 and 2014
12U: 2011 and 2012
14U: 2009 and 2010
16U: 2007 and 2008
18U: 2005 and 2006

Practices are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and will start Tuesday 9/12/2022.

Requirements to Register
USA Hockey registration for the 2023-2024 season is required before attempting to register for tryouts.
Choose Missouri as your state of play when registering (NOT ILLINOIS)
Practices
You will receive your practice schedule from your Head Coach or Team Manager.
Players/Goalies MUST be registered before 1st Practice.

Games
Teams will play 20-30 games over the course of the season and will usually fall on the weekends.
jerseys
Club jerseys are required.
Each player should have:
- Club white jersey with white socks.
- Club black Jersey with black socks.
- Black Hockey Pants.
- Black or White Helmet.
Optional:
- Reversible Practice Jersey.
- Warmups Jackets & Pants.
player number
Players returning from last season can keep their numbers if they desire.
Player numbers for new players are based on availability as well as birth year.

Provide the following: Players Name & Birth Year and your top three numbers.
Players born in even years will receive an even number and players born in odd years will receive odd numbers.

10U: $1300
12U: $1300
14U: $1400

Season Dues Discounts Available
Goalie Discount:
Any Family on an SYHA Travel Team chosen to be a Full-Time Goalie (limit 2 per team) will receive a $100 discount on seasonal dues. (This will not compound with multi children discount).
Siblings Discount:
Any Family with multiple children in an SYHA Travel Program may be entitled to a $100 discounted rate. This discount would be applied to the lower of the two due costs.
Payment Options
Two Payments Options:
- Full Payment.
- Payment Plan: the first payment at the time of registration and 5 payments starting October 2023 through February 1st, 2024.
Payment Methods
- Pay via Electronic Check (No Fees).
- Pay via Debit or Credit Card (2% Fee)
sponsorship
- Sponsorships can be applied towards travel season dues.
- Players/Goalies MUST be registered before practices start.
- Register via Crossbar and choose the Payment Plan Option.
- Adjustments can be made by the VP of Finance once sponsorship monies are received.
The Sponsorship Forms must be submitted with the payments to apply the funds received towards season dues.
Scholarships
Robert Gordon & Associate Scholarship
- The Scholarship will be applied towards partial duesfor Travel or Skills for ADM and Tier players for the 2023-2024 season.
- Players/Goalies MUST be registered before practices start.
- Register via Crossbar and choose the Payment Plan Option.
- Adjustments can be made by the VP of Finance once scholarship approved.

The candidate and or the nominator should submit a brief essay (2-3) paragraphs to share their journey playing hockey and explain what hockey means to them/their nominee.
Deadline:
Applications are due by Sunday noon 11/05/2023. Eight or more submissions will be selected.
Breast Cancer Awareness Scholarship for Girls
· The Scholarship will be applied towards partial travel dues for the 2023-2024 season.
· Must be rostered to play.
· Scheduled payments will be modified once the scholarship award is applied.
