Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

President's Day Tournament

Refunds are subject for review by the tournament director. Please send an email to Pat Coombe at: adm@springfieldkings.org.

Travel Teams Fall Season

Refunds are processed on a case by case basis. Please send an email to finance@springfieldkings.org

Tier League Rec Hockey

No refunds will be given for registration for the program through SYHA unless approved by the Board.

ADM (6U & 8U)

All sales are final and no refunds will be given except for special circumstances approved on an individual basis by the Board.

This is a free registration for the Volunteers : Team Treasurer, Locker Room Monitors & Penalty Box of all teams within SYHA including ADM, Recreational Hockey, and Travel teams.
