Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Capital City Freeze Tournament

Any cancellations less than 30 days are subject to a nonrefundable $600. Cancellations for a full refund must be submitted 30 days before the tournament start date.

Travel Teams Fall Season

Refunds are processed on a case by case basis. Please send an email to finance@springfieldkings.org

ADM (6U & 8U)

All sales are final and no refunds will be given except for special circumstances approved on an individual basis by the Board.

President's Day Tournament

Refunds are subject for review by the tournament director. Please send an email to Marcus McGlasson at: adm@springfieldkings.org.

Tier League Rec Hockey

No refunds will be given for registration for the program through SYHA unless approved by the Board.

Coach, Manager & Volunteer

This is a free registration for the Coaches as well as Team Managers of all teams within SYHA including ADM, Recreational Hockey, and Travel teams.

Goalie Clinic

Refunds are processed on a case by case basis. Please send an email to finance@springfieldkings.org
